John has served the community at Barranco Funeral Home since 1983. He is a second generation Funeral Director.
John graduated from Severna Park High School and the Mortuary Science Program at the Community College of Baltimore County.
He is a member of Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church and the Anne Arundel County Police Reserve Unit. John is also a member and past President of the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce.
He enjoys playing golf and family vacations in Ocean City.
John is married, has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Kathleen Barranco Bollino

Kathleen is a third generation funeral director.
Kathleen graduated from Severna Park High School in 2009. She then went on to play lacrosse and study at Loyola University Maryland. After graduating from Loyola with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013, she began working for her family’s business. She found providing care for grieving families in her community to be something she wanted to pursue and earned her Mortuary Science degree from the Community College of Baltimore County. Kathleen became licensed as a funeral director in 2017. What Kathleen finds most fulfilling about her job is helping families by making the funeral process as smooth as possible, while providing comfort and compassion along the way.
Kathleen lives in Severna Park with her husband and three children. She volunteers with Serving People Across Neighborhoods (SPAN) and is a member of the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce. Kathleen enjoys being outside and spending time with her family and friends.

Tyler joined Barranco Funeral Home in 1993 and graduated from the Catonsville Mortuary Science Program. Tyler has served as a Funeral Director and became the funeral home's manager in 2010. He takes pride in being able to ease the burden and help families during a difficult time. Tyler lives in Odenton with his wife and three children.

Kyle joined Barranco Funeral Home in 2013 as a part time funeral assistant. He graduated from The Community College of Baltimore County earning an Associate's Degree in Mortuary Science in 2014 and became a licensed funeral director in 2015. In 2019, Kyle moved to Salida, Colorado where he served as a funeral director at his family's funeral home. After becoming homesick for Maryland in 2021, he moved back to the Annapolis area where he served the community as a funeral director. In 2023, he rejoined Barranco Funeral Home.

Patricia has worked at Barranco Funeral Home since 2021. Patricia first became interested in funeral service after attending several funerals for immediate family members. She was impressed with how they handled the services and made the grieving process much easier. Patricia is currently a student at Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and began serving as an apprentice at Barranco Funeral Home in 2023. She loves gardening, camping and spending time with her family and friends. Patricia lives with her husband, Travis; three children, Jayleena, Graycie and Emersyn; her dog, Gunner and cat, Smokey.
