Yong Hong

Yong C. Hong, 66, a resident of Severna Park for 30 years, died of heart failure Nov. 24 at the Anne Arundel Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Born Aug. 15, 1941, in Shanghai, China, Mrs. Hong was reared in Pohang, South Korea.

Mrs. Hong was the owner and operator of International Hair Fashion and a member of the Women's Republican Club.

Her interests included gardening and flower arranging.

Surviving are two daughters, Jacqualine Han Kim of Houston and Amy Han Lee of Albuquerque, N.M.; one son, Edward Han of Austin, Texas; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, where funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. Burial will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Bestgate Memorial Park.
