Yaqub Masih Chaudry passed away peacefully on March 6, 2022.  He was born in Sialkot Pakistan to Waizer and Sardar (neé Bibi) Chaudry.  He was raised in Sialkot and attended school in Pakistan, earning his Bachelor's degree in Education.  He was a school Head Master before retiring and moving to the United States.  While in the United States, he lived in Glen Burnie, Maryland before settling in York, Pennsylvania.

Yaqub loved grilling, WWE Wrestling, church life, and most of all, his family.

He is preceded in death by his son Khuram Chaudry, who passed away in 2006.  He is survived by his wife of almost fifty years, Mussarat Chaudry; his daughters Humera Proctor (Jerome) and Arim Chaudry; his son Asher Chaudry (Kendra); and his four grandchildren, Imran Chaudry, Joshua Chaudry, Yazmeen Proctor, and Nicholas Proctor; his sister-in-law Mehmooda Wasson and her two children, Arzoo Wasson and Arooj Germenis (Zech).

A funeral service will be held on March 14, 2022 at Faith Baptist Church, 7378 E Furnace Branch Road Glen Burnie, MD at 11:30 am.
