William R. (Bob) Wilhelm

Age 90.  Born in Baltimore Oct. 10, 1926; died Mar. 17, 2017, in Annapolis. Graduated from Towson High School.  Served in the Army Air Corps in the Second World War.  He was a Master Electrician and one of the first employees of Windsor Electric and he later worked for Anne Arundel County Board of Education as a maintenance supervisor.  While living in Severna Park, he was one of the earliest members of the Severna Park Elks Lodge #2482 and served as Exalted Ruler and as a District Deputy at the national level of the organization.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Wilhelm (Donna); Richard Wilhelm; daughters Louise Wilhelm; and Sandra Bailey (Gene); stepchildren Leslie Metzger (Les); Paula Brown (Ray); Joseph Yost (Marie); and David Yost (Susan); 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Friends may visit on Thursday March 23, 2017 from 4-7pm and Friday March 24, 2017 from 7-9pm with an Elks service at 7:30pm in the Barranco & Sons,P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie hwy Severna Park, MD 21146.
