William F. Reynolds was born October 1, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Francis and Minnie Reynolds.

Bill graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in 1962 and then enrolled in Towson State Teachers College. His studies earned him a degree in Mathematics.  He also served as an U.S. Marine Reservist from 1962-68.
Bill married Katherine O'Connor on November 17, 1967, in Baltimore with James Larson officiating. Bill and Kathy, residents of Arnold, Maryland since 1969, where they raised their 3 children: Matthew (Shannon) Reynolds, Amy (Brad) Lewis, and Melissa (Luke) Page.

Bill retired in 2003 from the University of Maryland where he had worked for 25 years.
He enjoyed reading and spending time with family, including his eight grandchildren: Kaitlyn "Katie" Lewis, Grey Reynolds, Connor Page, Erin Reynolds, Chloe Page, Rylee Reynolds, Emery Reynolds, and Lauren Reynolds.
Other family members include Donna (Jay) Richards and Shannon O'Connor. Many close friends feel the loss too.

A memorial visitation will be held September 21, 2024 at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation care,P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park, MD from 10:00am – 12:00pm.  Interment will be private at a later date.

Memorial donations in William "Bill" Reynolds memory may be directed to your choice of a local SPCA, Toys for Tots, or Wreaths Across America Baltimore National Cemetery.
