Survived by his children Elizabeth (Lowry) & George Sarvinas, William & Kelly (Johnson ) Lowry, Nora (Lowry) Steve Kramer; Grandchildren, Allen & Annalyse Sarvinas, Steven & Melissa Kramer, Ashley Kramer & Steven Osbourne, William George Sarvinas, Kyle and Lexi Lowry, and preceded in death by Jesse James Lowry; Survived by Great Grandchildren, Brennon Sarvinas, Steven Kramer III, Caiden Sarvinas, Joseph Nolan Kramer; Siblings, Clayton Lowry, Linda Lowry, and preceded in death by Virginia Lowry. Also survived by Patrina Lowry, Candice (Lowry) Fellows, Melody Lowry, Norman Lowry, Eva Lowry Letetia (Lowry) & George Claggett. Nieces & Nephews, Evelyn (Lowry) Juliano, Brian Lowry, Clayton Lowry, Teresa Niforos, Robert Jon Lowry, Sandi Belanger, Clayton Claggett, Shannon ( Claggett) Sisco, George Claggett Jr., Christopher Lowry, Robbie Lowry, Tiffany Vanwagenen, Audrey (Fellows) Mathews and many Great Nieces and Great Nephews and Cousins.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 5-9 PM at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 10 AM in St. Andrew by the Bay Church, 701 College Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21409. Family will receive guests at the Sarvinas home, 1014 Smith Dr., Arnold, MD 21012. Burial will be at a later date.
