Bill was the beloved husband of Kimberly B. Gust (nee Bell), loving father of Katharine B. Gust (Baltimore, MD) and grandfather of Clementine M. and Penelope K. Quaerna, loving father of Susannah Gust Holmberg (Salt Lake City, UT) and her husband Todd P. Holmberg, and grandfather of Wyatt B. and Annabelle Holmberg, loving brother of Cathy M. Gust (Westlake Village, CA), loving brother of Susan A. Gust (Minneapolis, MN) and her husband Harvey M. Winje, and niece Clarasophia Z. W. Gust. He was the loving son of the late William M. and Sophie C. (nee Kraus) Gust.
A prior marriage to Katherine C. Blakeslee ended in divorce.
He is also survived by many dear friends and associates.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park.
