Bill Goodman, 80, of Arnold, MD passed away peacefully at home on October 3, 2018. Born and raised in Beaverdam, VA, Bill began his railroad career with CSX. After 25 years with the Federal Railroad Administration, he enjoyed his retirement by spending time with his grandchildren, traveling, gardening, visiting his favorite restaurants, and having a good conversation. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathy, daughters Kelly and Krystal Goodman, and Pam Blankenship, as well as his brother, Charles, five grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by three sisters, Marian Jones, Margaret Smith, and Virginia Swift, and three brothers, Ernest, Norman, and Lewis.

Family will receive friends at a celebration of his life on October 14, 2018 from 1-4 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, in Severna Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the National Stroke Association.
