William "Bill" Henry Edwards, 86, a resident of Arnold, MD died on April 3, 2010 at Genesis Eldercare in Severna Park, of natural causes after a brief illness.

He was born on May 27, 1923 in Baltimore, Maryland, where he was raised, and previously lived in Westminster prior to moving to Arnold.

Mr. Edwards worked for 34 years at the Coast Guard Yard as a civilian electrician.
He loved baseball, music, fishing, playing guitars, and liked to travel.

He was preceded in death by his late wife, Dorothy Edwards, whom he was married to for 35 years, and his late parents, John and Amelia Edwards.

Survivors include his sister, Mary Katherine Knott and his brother, Kennith Leroy Edwards.

There will be a Memorial Service on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 6:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park.
