William R. Duban, of Severna Park, passed away on March 3, 2021. He was born on August 1, 1951 to Eusebio and Norberta Duban in Manila, Philippines. He was raised in Quezon City in the Philippines and attended the University of the East, University of the Philippines and Far Eastern University.

After coming to live in the US, he worked for Johns Hopkins Hospital as well as the University of Texas in Galveston. William enjoyed reading and watching movies. He loved drawing and contributed a lot of his creative talents back in his med school days through events and college yearbooks. William thoroughly enjoyed listening to 70's and 80's music and always said he would like to attend several concerts in heaven one day.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Nila Fe Duban of Severna Park, MD; his daughter, Aleth Giselle A. Pearson of Severna Park, MD; his sisters-in-law, Mica Agbayani of Severna Park, MD, Imelda Agbayani of Annapolis, MD and Rose Agbayani, of Vancouver, Canada; his brothers Edwin Duban of Hillard, OH and Ramon Agbayani of Vancouver, Canada; his sisters Jocelyn Duban and Elizabeth Martinez, both of Hillard, OH; his father-in-law Lidorvino Agbayani of the Philippines; his mother-in-law Gertrudis Agbayani of the Philippines; nieces and nephews, Gervin and Sofia Heart Agbayani, of the Philippines, Ivy and Iverson Agbayani, of Annapolis, MD; several aunts, uncles cousins and other nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 12pm at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 1191 Forest Drive, Annapolis, MD, 21401.
