William All, 76, of Lewes, Delaware, formerly of Severna Park, passed away at home on February 4, 2011. Born in Oklahoma, his family moved to Idaho when he was seven. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1959. While in the Army he met his wife of 52 years, Patricia Mae All (nee Gordy). He was preceded in death by his parents, Stella and Roy All. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Ann Newberry of Ellicott City and a son Jeffrey William All of Gambrills, a son-in-law, Steven John Newberry and a daughter-in-law Suzanne All, three grandchildren; Ryan Andrew Newberry, Lindsay Brooke Newberry and Jessica Elizabeth All. He is also survived by two sisters, Norma Jean All of La Mirada, CA and Hilda Lee Wright of Boise, ID, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bill was a firefighter and an EMT with the Baltimore City Fire Department, before his retirement he also was a small business owner. He and Patricia moved to Lewes in 2003. Bill was a devoted husband, father, and PopPop. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends and family. He also loved to travel. Bill loved his country and would talk politics with anyone who would listen.

The family will be receiving visitors at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 8th, from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11am.
