Walter Franklin Lusby, Jr., 84, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2017 at the Hospice of the Chesapeake. Walter was affectionately known to old friends and family as Cap. After retirement Walt and Jackie moved many times and eventually returned to live in their beloved hometown of Severna Park.
