Virginia passed away on April 25, 2016. She was born Feb. 6, 1921 in Arnold, MD raised by Alice & James Tolson. Graduated from Annapolis Senior High and was a member of Asbury Methodist Church of Arnold.

With her husband Grover Cleveland Duvall raised 4 children, Cleveland, Ronald, Nancy and Charles. She retired from C&P Telephone and was very active with the Severna Park Ladies of the Elks serving as President and in other official capacities.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Courtney Samsel and Ronald Duvall; as well as, 5 great-grandchildren, Lynnette & Brandon Duvall, Kristen, Thomas & Tyler Samsel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grover and her grandson, Grover Duvall.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 29 at 11:00 AM with the burial to follow at Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery in Arnold.

All are invited to celebrate her life at the Severna Park Elks on 160 Truck House Road at 12:30 PM.
