Virginia L. Snyder Cunningham, 98, a resident of Severna Park since 2001, died of heart failure Oct. 16 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Severna Park after a brief illness.
Mrs. Cunningham was born May 31, 1906, in Mobley in Wetzel County, W.Va.
She was the widow of William E. Cunningham, whom she married in 1918 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Arkansas City, Kan. She was also the sister of the late Josephine Fern Wallenstrom.
In 2001 she moved to Severna Park to be near family.
There are no immediate survivors. Funeral and burial services are private. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home.
