Vincent Michael Iorio, age 60, of Arnold, MD passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 5, 2026.

He was born February 2, 1966 in Washington DC and resided in Rockville MD. In 1975, the family moved to Cape St. Claire Maryland. From that time on, he called the Annapolis area his home.

Vince went to Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in a Co-Op program with David Taylor Research Center in Annapolis. He continued there after graduation until its closing, where he transitioned to Northrop Grumman in Annapolis Maryland.

He had a passion for everything engineering and mechanical. He was always learning old and new processes for designing and building all types of mechanical systems. Vince lived his passion of engineering. Preserving history was important to him, and he volunteered many hours at the Tuckahoe Steam & Gas Association restoring old steam engines and tooling.

Vince is survived by his mother Letitia Adair Dow Iorio, his brother Phillip Marshall Iorio, and niece Connor Adair Iorio.

A memorial visitation will be held at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 RItchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146, on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 10am-12pm, immediately followed with a memorial service at the funeral home, at 12pm.
