69 years old passed on Sunday August 29,2021 in her home.

Vickie was born August 30, 1951 in Barnsville Ohio to the late William and Pear Frasher. At the age of 4 she was adopted my her Aunt Martha Laney who cared for her and two of her sisters Sheila and Judy.

Aunt Martha worked internationally and exposed her to many countries and cultures around the world during their childhood. This experience developed her into a strong woman with high standards, values and ethics.

She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Sister,Aunt and friend.

She instilled strong work ethic and values to her family and inspired those around her in so many ways.  She put others needs before her own and wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of.

She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. Vickie also enjoyed spending time at the beach, cookouts, s'mores, playing games and baking cookies with her grand kids.

She also enjoyed spending time with her family in Ohio and going to Ravens games. She was most happy during celebrations and holidays. It was not a party to her without balloons and candy for the kids.

In addition to her parents,Vickie was preceded in death by her "Mom" Martha Laney, sisters Barbara, Sandra (Bill, Allison) and Judith.

Vickie leaves loving memories to be cherished by her children Jason(Tiffany), David, Amy(Kermit), amazing grandchildren Chey, Nevaeh, Xander, Cali and Maddison. A host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends who love her dearly.

She is also survived by Her siblings  Ronald(Kay), Nancy(Dick), Sheila(Mike).

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 12-2pm and 4-6pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD, 21146. Interment is private.
