Valerie Ann Stamper, 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, May 7th, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Stamper, Sr., and her son Jay C. Stamper.
She is survived by her son, Robert G. Stamper, Jr. and his wife Debbie, son Mark Stamper and his wife Lisa, and daughter Cary Tucker and her husband John; and grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle, and Caitlin Stamper.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Private interment in MD Veterans Cemetery.
