Thomas Carroll Schatz, 76, of Annapolis, MD, passed away on January 21, 2025. He was born on February 2, 1948, in Baltimore, MD, to George Anthony Schatz, Sr. and Margaret Marie (Hackett) Schatz.

He was raised in Ellicott City, where he attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help, and Howard County Senior High School.  Thomas worked for the Department of Defense for 36 years. He was a member of the United States Power Squadron and the Patapsco River Power Squadron. Thomas was a member of St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church. Some of his hobbies included golf, boating, playing guitar, teaching, and mechanics.

Tom is predeceased by his brother, Tony, who passed in 2017.

Thomas is survived by his aunt, Thelma Amato, of Ellicott City, MD and various cousins.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring of 2025.
