Thomas Orlando Webb, 74, a 32 year resident of Arnold, MD passed away on December 19, 2025, after a courageous 14 month battle with cancer. He was born on November 24, 1951, in Patuxent River, MD to James Webb and Velma Buck.

Mr. Webb dedicated 30 years of honorable service to the United States Navy, serving from 1969 to 1999 and retiring as a Master Chief Hospital Corpsman. During his distinguished military career, he served his country in both the Vietnam War and the Gulf War. He was part of the commissioning crews of two hospital ships, the USNS Mercy and the USNS Comfort, and completed multiple tours alongside the United States Marines, providing care and leadership wherever he was called to serve.

Mr. Webb is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Brenda Webb (née Smith); their two devoted children, Diana Wheeler (Joe) of Pasadena, MD, and Jeremy Webb (Debi) of Arnold, MD; and three cherished grandsons, Alexander Webb of Arnold, MD, Mason Pearson of Dundalk, MD, and Deaglan Wheeler of Pasadena, MD.

Interment will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 10:45 am in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD 21032.
