Thomas Collins "Buddy", 69, died on October 13, 2012 at his home in Severna Park.
He was born on March 13, 1943 in Annapolis and raised in Severna Park. Buddy worked for Anne Arundel County until his retirement.

He loved to crab, fish, ice skate, water ski, and enjoyed boating. He always had a garden and enjoyed tending to it. Buddy loved being on the water and feeding the ducks. He enjoyed riding throughout the neighborhood several times a day. Buddy liked to go to BJ's and get a hotdog while there. He enjoyed being outdoors and socializing with the neighbors. He was just a simple person living a simple life enjoying the outdoors and people around him.
He is survived by 2 nieces and 1 great niece.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 4-7 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment will be private.
