Thomas Earl Hudgins, 47, a resident of Severna Park for twenty-five years, died at Anne Arundel Medical Center on September 24, 2008 following a brief battle with cancer.
Mr. Hudgins was born in Cheverly, MD and raised in Bowie, MD. He worked as a mechanic for Interstate Brands. He was a member of the Men's League Golf Club of Compass Pointe and the Southern Maryland MOPAR Club. He enjoyed golf, working on his MOPAR car, fishing, and grilling on the barbecue. He was a Redskins fan.
Mr. Hudgins is survived by his two daughters, Jessica Lee Hudgins of Odenton, MD and Samantha Morgan Hudgins of Pasadena, MD; his father, Edward Lee Hudgins, Jr. of Bowie; his mother, Lucia G. Hudgins of Bowie; four brothers, Edward Lee Hudgins, III of Cottage City, MD, William Anthony Hudgins, Sr. of Glen Burnie, MD, M. David Hudgins of Finksburg, MD and John Matthew Hudgins of Laurel, MD; his sister, Joan Maria Hudgins of Laurel, MD; his granddaughter, Blair Pearl McDaniel; his former wife, Gail Helm of Pasadena, MD and many nieces and nephews.
