Thomas J Condon Jr. passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on August 23, 2024 at home with his family at his side.

Tom was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey to Lucille and Tom Condon. He grew up in Scotch Plains, New Jersey where he met and married his wife of 61 years, Gail. They made their homes in New York and Kentucky before settling in Maryland in 1979.

Tom was a regional manager for GE before retiring due to disability from Multiple Sclerosis, a disease he battled for over 50 years. He was a runner, a biker, a hiker, and a single sculler, trying valiantly to maintain his health. Sadly, he lost that battle.

Tom was also a devoted father and grandfather, going to sporting events as often as he could. And for years he was a daily communicant at Manresa and later St. John's.

Tom is survived by his wife Gail; his sons Michael(Lana), Christopher(Gina), and Craig(Melissa); and eight grandchildren: Casey(Charlie), Kyle(Kasey), Alex, Grant, Julia, Riley, Jack, and Sean.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday September 6, 2024 from 6-8pm at Barranco Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park MD, 21146.

A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Saturday September 7, 2024 at 10:00am at St John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church 689 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park, MD 21146.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, Maryland 21122,  or the National MS Society, PO Box 4594, New York 10163-4594.
