Theresa Webb of Gambrills, Maryland, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, after a long illness with dementia.

She was born and raised in Scotland. She married her husband, Donald Webb, in Scotland while he was serving in the United States Air Force. In 1967, she left her homeland to begin a new life in the United States with her husband and children.

Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Webb; her sister, her daughters, Sharon Howle and Deborah Webb; and her grandchildren, Devin Delange, Grace Howle, and Alton Smalley. She will be remembered by her family for her strength and devotion to those she loved.
