Teresa Lucy Albert, 92 of Manchester, Maryland, passed away Tuesday December 29, 2020 at Carroll County Hospital

Born December 14, 1928 in Waterbury, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Antoine E. Cyr and Jennie Gray Cyr and wife of her late husband Steven J. Albert.

She is survived by her son David Albert his wife Laurie and their children Kevin, Corie and Dannielle; her daughter Terie Albert

We feel honored and privileged to have been your daughter and son. You always loved us unconditionally and were the best mother anyone could wish for. Walk with the Angels we know you are one now.
