Susie Lynn Dickey, 62, of Pasadena, passed away at her home on October 25, 2018.

Susie was born to her parents, Thomas and Audrey Dickey on April 19, 1956.  She attended Severna Park High School, followed by Anne Arundel Community College and Hood College.  She was employed as a teacher for Anne Arundel County Public Schools.  In addition to teaching at Glen Burnie High School, she also taught at the Indian Creek's Upper School.  In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, needlework, crafts and cooking.

She is survived by her mother, Audrey Dickey of Pasadena; her sister, Deborah Welsh (Bill) of Severna Park; her nephew, Thomas Welsh of Severna Park; her nephew, Joseph Welsh (Ginny) of Springfield, VA; her great niece, Riley Welsh of Springfield, VA; her aunt, Shirley Ford of Kissimmee, FL; and her uncle, Archie Hall of Pasadena.  She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents, Bradley and Susie Hall.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery, 78 Church Road, Arnold, MD 21012.
