Steven Bentley
Steven Morris Bentley, 31, a nine-year resident of Annapolis, died of double pneumonia Jan. 6 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born July 19, 1973, in Chicago, the son of Jean Bentley of Chicago and the late Jeffery Bentley, Mr. Bentley was pursuing a teaching certificate at Anne Arundel Community College. He worked as a waiter at McGarvey's Saloon and Oyster Bar in Annapolis.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are one daughter, Baleigh Bentley of Annapolis; and his grandmother, Wilma Schuricht of Chicago.
A memorial service will be at 6:30pm today at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. Burial is private. Memorial contributions can be made to the Maryland Association of the Deaf, P.O. Box 527, Burtonville, MD 20866-0527
