Unexpectedly Passed Away February 17th, 2023

Stefanie was a strong and dependable person who loved to have fun and lived life to the fullest, always living in the moment. She would say often, "you only live once, why not enjoy it now" or "you live for the future, I live for now". Anyone who knows her knows she certainly lived life this way. She had a deep passion and love for horses and her horse "Nu Girl", this was her therapy as she would say. Her other joy was the beach and sun, always working on her tan and playing in the waves. She was a loving wife and stepmother who loved deeply. She came across as the hard German but had a huge heart that cared deeply for the one's she loved, she delighted in being known as the "crazy German", but with her beautiful smile and sense of humor she was not only beautiful outside but also inside. She has left us to soon, she is now riding her childhood horse on a beautiful sunny beach in a tropical paradise.

Survived by her loving husband: Jesse Carstens, Stepson: Jace Carstens, Sister: Rebecca Eller, Mother: Heike Schmidt, Father: Torsten Eller and many other loved family and friends.

Stefanie would not want us to mourn her life but to celebrate it, so we will be holding a memorial to celebrate the person we all loved on Saturday, February 25th, 2023.
