It is with deepest sadness that we inform friends and family of the loss of Shirley Jeffery Rehmann.
She passed away in the early morning hours on Monday, May 23, 2011.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter Katherine (Kathy), granddaughter Emma, and son-in-law Jim.
Shirley was very involved with Severna Park United Methodist Church, with her community of friends,
and with her family (especially her granddaughter). She worked passionately as a nurse from the 1940's
until her retirement in 1991, and never stopped caring for others. She is predeceased by her husband,
William Herman Rehmann; she and Bill raised beagles and other dogs, and her abiding love of animals is well known.


Family and friends may visit on Friday, May 27, 2011 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Road, Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment will be in Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Baltimore, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Severna Park United Methodist Church 731 Benfield Road Severna Park, MD 21146.
