Shirley Darby
Shirley E. Darby, 70, of Pasadena and formerly of Brooklyn Park, died of natural causes March 18 at home after a brief illness.
Mrs. Darby was born April 12, 1934, in Severn, where she was reared.
She worked for NASA and enjoyed reading, crocheting and needlework.
Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Warren E. Darby of Pasadena; three sons, Ray E. Darby of Collierville, Tenn. and Larry E. and Darrell E. Darby, both of Pasadena; three sisters, Helen Maschke of Fallston, Ida Willis of Linthicum and Dolores Evans of Pasadena; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, where funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.
