Scott Christopher Trader, 47, a 25 year resident of Severna Park passed away on February 8, 2016 at his home, due to heart failure.
He was born January 1, 1969 in Baltimore, MD and was raised in Severna Park. He previously lived in Annapolis and Frederick, MD.
Scott graduated from high school and had his own construction business –Scott Trader Quality Craftsmanship, which he had 30 years of hands on experience in all aspects of Home Construction.
He was interested in antique black powder guns. Scott restored them and even carved one himself. He loved music and playing the guitar. He also loved fishing and studying birds.
He was preceded in death by his father, John F. Trader; brother, John K. Trader; and sisters, Kristen J. Trader and Laura J. Trader.
Scott is survived by his mother, Patricia Trader Burke and step-father, Charles W. Burke, III; his brother, Kenneth R. Trader; and longtime love, Mary P. Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chesapeake Christian Fellowship.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 26th at 11:00 AM at Chesapeake Christian Fellowship, 377 W Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD 21035.
