Sarah J. (nee Beddows) Schweiger, 71, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2o13 in Bradenton, FL after a long illness.
Born September 30, 1941 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Nellie Beddows. Sarah graduated from Patterson High School in Baltimore. She worked at Bethlehem Steel Sparrows Point Plant for 25 years and at Whiting-Turner Construction Company for 15 years. She lived in Severna Park for 40 years prior to retiring to Florida.
She enjoyed reading and playing solitaire. Her favorite meal was Snyder's Pumpernickel Pretzels and Pepsis.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas and Robert and her sister Nellie.
She is survived by her husband, Sylvester (Wes) and daughter, Teresa.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, June 30th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be on Monday, July 1st, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Baltimore.
