Sarah Reesey
Sarah "Bobbie" Reesey, 86, of Annapolis, died of complications from Alzheimer's disease Nov. 24 at home.
Mrs. Reesey was born Feb. 28, 1921, in Longreach, Australia, where she was reared. She was also a past resident of the Middle River area of Baltimore for 56 years.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, gardening and her native country.
Surviving are one son, David L. Reesey of Annapolis; one sister, Gloria Swaffield of Queensland, Australia; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was the widow of Hobart "Larry" Reesey; and mother of the late Sharon Reesey.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
