Sandra Arlene (neé McGraw) O'Neil passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 90.

Sandra was born on September 10, 1935 in Altoona, PA to Harry Edward McGraw Sr. and Mary Gertrude (neé Webster) McGraw. She grew up in Pasadena, MD, and settled in Arnold, where she lived for most of her life. She worked as the Administrative Secretary to the Assistant Dean of Anne Arundel Community College for many years and was a member of St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband John J. O'Neil Sr.; her sisters Sara Jane Peterson (neé McGraw) and Marian Bomhardt (neé McGraw); her brothers Harry Edward McGraw Jr. and Robert James McGraw.

She is survived by her son, John Joseph O'Neil Jr. of Arnold, MD; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends may visit on Tuesday September 23rd from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Barranco Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park MD, 21146. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 24th at 11:30am at Barranco Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd Elkridge MD, 21075.
