Rudolph Richard Praley passed away on August 18, 2019. Rudy, as he was known to his family and friends, was born to Ed and Phyllis Praley on December 19, 1963 in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Rudy was the youngest of five children; three brothers he admired and a sister he adored.

Rudy attended Southgate Elementary, Old Mill Middle School, Old Mill Senior High School, as well as, Anne Arundel Community College. He enjoyed working as a security guard for Westinghouse which later became Northrop Grumman.

Rudy married Amy Neild on June 23, 1990. They were blessed with three beautiful, smart and kind daughters, Maggie, Jessie and Becca. Rudy enjoyed working with dogs, golfing and cooking.

Rudy is survived by his wife, three daughters, his mother, three brothers, three sister-in-laws, a niece, six nephews, two great nieces and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward A. Praley Sr. and his sister, Margaret.

Family and friends may gather to celebrate Rudy's life on Saturday, September 7th between 2:00 p.m.and 5:00 p.m.at Arturo's, 1660 Crain Highway, Glen Burnie, MD.
