Roy F. Burrows, Jr., 66, a resident of Annapolis died on March 2, 2012 at his home.
He was born July 8, 1945 in New Hampshire and was raised in Eastport, MD, and previously lived in Henderson, Ridgely, and Annapolis.
Roy served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969.
His past employment included working with a roofing company, managed a retail establishment, bus driver, and maintenance worker @ St. Martins Lutheran Church.
He enjoyed reading, spending time with his family, traveling, and loved Elvis Presley.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Burrows of Annapolis; children, Robert Bailey of Arnold, Donald Bailey of Arnold, Roy F. Burrows, III of Arnold, Alan Burrows of Spotsylvania, VA, Jesse Burrows of Annapolis, Ashley Burrows of Annapolis, and Whitney Burrows of Annapolis; grandchildren, AJ Burrows, Jaime Burrows, Brendan Burrows, Cameron Burrows, Cassidy Lewis, Megan Healy and Sean Healy; and sister, Sandra Settar.
Family and friends may visit on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 1-3 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. A Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm at the funeral home, following the visitation.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1041 Rt 3 N, Building A, Gambrills, MD 21054.
