Rosie Luellen Buser of Annapolis, MD passed away on June 18, 2024. She was 91 years old. Rose was born in Pulaski, Virginia to Joseph Cleveland Sutphin and Matilda Mae Kemp.

Rose loved working in her many flower beds. She also enjoyed having the grandchildren and great grandchildren over to spend time around the pool to have crabs, cookouts and to go swimming. She and her late husband loved to travel in their motorhome and visited Florida every winter for many years. In her spare time, she loved to play country music on her guitar, she had a beautiful voice. Her musical talents were passed down to her from her late father Joseph Cleveland Sutphin who is a staple of old American hill billy music. In her younger years her father would bring her along to play music on the river boat Levin J Marvel. She always spoke so fond of the times she spent on the river playing music with her father.

She is survived by her children, Rae Lynn Young (David), Linda M. Buser, Sally Y. Jones (David) and Henry R. Buser, IV (Terry). Grandchildren, Shawn Young (Vicky), Crystal L. Buser, Jamie N. Richardson (Joey), Henry R. Buser, V (Maddison) and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death were her loving husband, Henry R. Buser, III, 65 years of marriage and her grandson, David R. Young, Jr.

Family and friends may visit on Friday June 21, 2024 from 10:00am-12:00pm with a service to follow at 12:00pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral & Cremation Care,P.A. 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
