Ronald Wilson Corwell, 82, of Camden, Delaware, formerly of Severna Park passed away on July 4, 2020 at the Delaware Veterans Home in Milford, DE.
Ron was born to his parents, Wilson and Mary Corwell on July 18, 1937 in Baltimore, MD. Raised in Severna Park, he attended Annapolis High School and joined the Air Force, where he worked as a Jet Engine Mechanic. Later Ron worked in the Insurance Industry prior to owning and operating Corwell and Son Liquors in Severna Park. In his retirement, Ron enjoyed serving as a tour guide at the Air Mobility Command Museum at the Dover Air Force Base in Dover, DE.
Ron was a member of the American Legion, Knights of Columbus, and Chartwell Country Club. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his many friends, as well as, his dog, Simon. Most of all Ron loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Ron is survived by his wife, Linda Corwell of Camden, DE; his daughter, Colleen Corwell, of New York, NY; his son, Ronald W. Corwell, Jr. (Stacey) of Severna Park; his stepsons, George Starlings of Centreville and Ronald Starlings of Annapolis; his sister, Patricia Woods of St. Michaels; his brother, Greg Corwell of Severna Park; his sister, Diane Young of Severna Park; as well as 8 grandchildren, Ryan and Evan Corwell, Dalson, Tyler, Shyla, Gabrielle, Raiden, and Colton Starlings; 3 great grandchildren, McKenna Starlings, Ariella and Nariah Jackson.
Family and friends may visit on Friday, July 10, 2020 from 10-11:30 AM at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home and Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 with the interment to follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032.

A limit of 60 people inside the Funeral Home during the visitations will be closely monitored. (Please check back for updated restrictions)
A limit of 40 people inside the Funeral Home during the service. We will have a sign up sheet at the visitation for those who wish to stay for the service.
Everyone must wear masks or cloth face coverings per the Maryland Mask Order.
If you feel sick, have a fever, or have exposed to someone with coronavirus within the past 14 days, please do not attend any viewing, visitations or services.
