Roisin Anne Lowry (Nolan) born to Andrew and Elizabeth (Smyth) Nolan in County Wicklow, Ireland on January 16th 1939. Married William Joseph Lowry at Mt. Calgary Catholic Church. She passed away at the Mandrin Inpatient Care Center in Harwood of natural causes on September 25, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathleen M. Lowry; her grandchild, Jessy James; her brothers, Andrew Nolan, Lawrence Nolan, John Huntly and Brendan Castello.
Surviving children, Elizabeth (Lowry) and George Sarvinas, William (Billy) and Kelly (Johnson) Lowry, Nora (Lowry) and Steven Kramer; grandchildren, Allen and Annalyse Sarvinas, Steven and Melissa Kramer, Ashley and Steven Kramer, William Sarvinas, Lexi Lowry and Kyle Lowry; great grandchildren, Brennon Sarvinas, Steven Kramer, Caiden Sarvinas and soon Joseph Nolan Kramer; and sisters, Angela Castello, Elizabeth (Lily) Ashley and Georgina Huntly. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins in the USA, Ireland, Canada and England.

Roisin was a long standing member of Ladies Ancient Order of the Hibernians.

Family and friends may visit on Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, September 28th at 10:00 AM at St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church, 701 College Parkway, Annapolis, MD. Immediately following the service the family will receive guests at the Lowry/Sarvinas home @ 1014 Smith Drive Arnold, MD 21012.
