Robert Seaton
Robert Nelson Seaton, 91, a resident of Pasadena since 1968, died of natural causes Aug. 25 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
Mr. Seaton was born June 23, 1917, in Wakeeney, Kan.
He worked as a home builder during the 1940s and 1950s, then opened Lorrine's Lunch on Camp Meade Road in Linthicum. In 1975, he opened Lorrine's Jewel Box is Pasadena.
He served in the Army during World War II, receiving the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and other numerous medals and awards.
He was an avid reader.
He was preceded in death by his son, John Garrett Seaton, who died in 2007.
Survivors include his wife, Jewell L. Lewis Seaton; one son, Clyde Bernard Sprinkle of Shelbyville, Tenn.; one daughter, Dana Lou Fischer of Linthicum; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until the funeral begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway.
Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
