Robert Arnold Lynch (Bob) passed away on March 29, 2026. He was 91.

Robert was born on March 26, 1935 to Edward Barry Lynch and Catherine Mary (neé Connolly) Lynch in Medford, Massachusets. He was raised in Hyattsville, Maryland.

Robert served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1953 to 1957, during the Korean War. After his time in the Marines, he went on to work as a Meat Specialist for Giant and an Appliance Repair Technician for Sears. In retirement he drove a school bus for Lonergan Bus Service.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his son, John.

He is survived by his wife Joyce; daughters Cynthia Maggio and Catherine; his sons Keith, Kevin, Warren, and Robert; his seven grandchildren; and his five great grandchildren. Additionally, he is survived by two siblings, Kevin and Kathleen.

In his leisure time Bob loved to read, cook, and travel.

Robert was also an active member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

A Memorial Mass will be held on April 21, 2026 at 10am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park MD 21146
