Robert Russell Loock, 79, of Millersville, passed away on May 4, 2016.

Robert was born to his parents, Russell Loock and Madalyne Davis Loock on September 10, 1936 in Baltimore City. He was raised in Baltimore County where he attended Milford Mill High School. Robert then attended University of Maryland and University of Baltimore where he received his Bachelor's Degree.

He then moved to Millersville where he remained an avid Baltimore sports fan. He loved the Ravens and the Orioles. Robert was a member of Severna Park United Methodist Church for over 50 years and spent the last 50 years living on the water in Anne Arundel County. He was an avid boater and fisherman and a member of the Navy Reserve for 12 years. Robert helped manage a family run business for over 50 years R.J Loock Auto Parts

Mr. Loock is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ellen Loock of 53 years; his brother, Gary W. Loock (Linda) his sons, Robert Bruce Loock (Victoria) and Russell Lyle Loock (Kimberly); his daughter, Wendy Carol Loock; and three grandchildren, Matthew, Megan and Kaitlin.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, May 6th, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow the funeral service at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035.
