Honorable Robert Anthony Feenick passed away peacefully on June 7, 2017, at Hospice of the Chesapeake, in Pasadena, MD surrounded by the love of his life and devoted wife of 65 years, Iris I. Feenick. Bob is survived by his wife, Iris I. Feenick (Toni) and his five children: Lisa Liberth and husband, Richard, of Savannah, GA; Jean Skinner and husband, Dean, of Independence, KY; Anthony Walter Feenick and wife Jeanne of Warren, NJ; Robert Anthony Feenick,Jr. and wife Shannon of Lexington, KY; Caroline Leverty and husband, Ray of Severna Park, MD; 15 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Bob was born on December 31, 1924 to Anthony and Sophie Feenick (Pristaj) in Miami, FLA. His sister, Jean Wiesner, predeceased him in 2014.
Bob was a graduate of All Hallows High School, Bronx, NY, St. John's University, Jamaica, NY, and Georgetown University Law School. Washington, DC. He served as Town Justice in the Town of Orangeburg, NY for over 23 years, maintained a practice of law in Pearl River, NY, and was Supervising Attorney for the Mental Health Information Service as part of the Appellate Division of the NY State Supreme Court. In 1993, he retired to Barnegat Light, NJ on Long Beach Island.
A funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 9:30 AM at St. Mary's of Annapolis, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, MD. Interment will follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to All Hallows High School, 111 East 164th Street, Bronx, NY 10452 would be appreciated.
