Riley James Weiss, son of Kevin and Susan Weiss, will be painfully missed and cherished. He is survived by four siblings; Karrie, Garrett, Vanessa and Troy. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Luke, who died in 1994 and his grandparents Clifford and Barbara Weiss. He leaves behind his grandmother, Nancy Moran, of Pittsburgh, Pa. He is also survived by his Uncle Rick and Aunt Debe Weiss of Pittsburgh, PA their children Jamie and Stephen and wives Joelle and Melanie; his Uncle Gary and Aunt Sue Weiss of Pittsburgh, PA, their children Laura and Samantha and Laura's husband Tim and their son Ambrose. Sorely missed also by his Uncle Bob and Aunt Kim of Pittsburgh, PA, his cousins Gabby and Dominick; his Uncle Chris and cousins Mason and Kiersten Moran in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by his cousins Lauren Brewer and family of Indiana, Pa, and Alan Moran and his son Owen, of Annapolis, Md. Also Owen's mother Amy Tsueda and her daughters Vanessa and Anna. He will be also missed by his Aunt Christl Moran of Indiana, Pa and her mother Dottie. He is preceded in death by his Uncle David Moran.

Although geographically and circumstantially distant, he is also spiritually connected to his Grandfather John Moran, his Aunt Linda, Uncle Chris and their children; Dieter and his son, Alex, his Aunt Allison and Uncle Mark and their children, and his Uncle John, Aunt Sarah and their children.


Riley will especially be missed by several very important friends who supported him unconditionally. He was most recently employed as a pizza maker, both in Maryland and in Pittsburgh. He was especially gratified by his volunteer work with His Place, a youth center in inner city Pittsburgh. He also volunteered with the homeless in Baltimore.

He enjoyed both mountain and road biking in his spare time, and was gifted and generous with his hobby of building bikes.

Interment will be private. Family and friends are encouraged to remember Riley in whatever way is most meaningful to them. His Pittsburgh Uncles and Aunts celebrated with a lively Irish wake.
