Richard Renoff, 93, a resident of Severna Park, passed away on March 4, 2015 at University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.

He was born on March 27, 1921 in Baltimore, where he was raised. He graduated from Baltimore City College then volunteered to serve in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He later received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore.

Richard was an engineering and sales representative for electrical manufacturers with Renoff Associates.

He and his wife Carolyn built their home in Hollywood on the Severn together in 1948.

He was a charter member of Chartwell Golf and Country Club, an active member of the Severna Park Elks Lodge, and was a member of the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge. Richard enjoyed ballroom dancing, playing bridge and he went on over 70 cruises.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Virginia Renoff (nee Imberger), his parents, Henry J. and Mary E. Renoff, and his brothers, Paul V. and Gilbert F. Renoff.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda R. Moore and her husband Bill, granddaughters, Olivia, Maria, and Shaina, all of Stevensville, MD. Also survived by his nephew, Ronald Renoff, nieces, Lois Brockett, Cyndy Renoff, Saundra McKenna and Sherry Koke.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, March 9th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th at 2:00 pm at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church. Interment will be private.
