Richard Banks A memorial service for Richard Michael Banks, 49, of Cape St. Claire, will be held at 7 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway.

Mr. Banks died May 20 in a vehicular accident in Hanover. An article on the accident was in The Capital on May 22.

Born on April 1, 1957, in Montevideo, Uruguay, he moved to the United States with his family when he was age 10. He resided in Annapolis for more than 20 years and was a construction supervisor for Verizon.

Surviving are his wife, Debbie Banks; his stepdaughter, Jacquelyn Young of Annapolis; his mother, Virginia Banks of College Park; and his brother, Robert Banks of Baldwin, N.Y.
