Richard Anderson, of Arnold, MD, passed away on March 3, 2020 while surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 12, 1956 to Frederick and Dorothy Anderson and was raised in Arnold. He attended Severna Park High School, where he received his high school degree. Richard was a member of the Broadneck Elk's club, Lodge 2608. He enjoyed competing in cornhole tournaments, playing softball, crabbing and fishing.

He was predeceased by his wife of 37 years, Kathleen Anderson. He is survived by his daughters, Melanie Pindell of Severna Park and Christal Cobb of Arnold; his sons-in-law Harry Pindell of Severna Park and Christopher Cobb of Arnold; as well as his 4 grandchildren Caleb, Camryn, Skylar and Rylan.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD, 21146.
