Reagan Noele Parrish, five-week-old daughter of Lori Austin Parrish and Jim P. Parrish Jr. of Severn, died Oct. 18 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. The cause of death was not available.
Reagan was born Sept. 14 in Annapolis.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Caitlin Parrish of the home; and her grandparents, Mary Ellen O'Connell of Seaford, Del., Bill and Audrey Austin of Florida and Maura and James P. Parrish Sr. of Riva.
Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, with services at 8 p.m. Burial will be in Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Rebecca M. Clatanoff Pavilion, 2001 Medical Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
