Randolph Tighe Bailey, 58, of Millersville, MD passed away on February 7, 2018 in South Bethany Beach, DE.

He was born on April 6, 1959 in New Castle, PA, a son of Reginald Bailey and Helen Tighe.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors of Science in 1981.  He went on to earn his J.D. from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University and his Masters of Taxation from George Washington University. At the University of Pittsburgh he was a four-year letterman in both track and field and cross-country. He excelled in the 5,000-meter and the steeplechase.

While in college he met his future wife, Michelle Ann White. They married on September 6, 1986.  They lived together in Falls Church, VA and Los Angeles, CA before residing in Millersville, MD where they have lived the past 24 years.  Randy worked as a tax attorney for the U.S. Treasury Department, ARCO, and Kaye Kotts Associates before starting his own firm.

Carrying on his legacy are his three children, Lelan, Cole, and Maxwell; two brothers, Terry Bailey and his wife, Cindy, of New Castle, PA and Reginald Bailey and his wife, Yvonne of Washington D.C.; two sisters, Janet Insler and her husband, Harvey, of Erie, PA, and Elizabeth Giancola and her husband, David, of Summerville, SC.

Randall loved watching his kids play sports, fishing, golfing, and was a devoted Pittsburgh sports fan.
