Ralph Edwin Darley Jr, age 86, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on October 30 2015, surrounded by his family.

Ralph was born on March 4, 1929 in Baltimore, MD to the late Ralph Edwin Darley and the late Rachel Leona (Pumphrey) Darley. Ralph was raised in Glen Burnie, MD and graduated from Glen Burnie High School where he met his beloved wife of 64 years Norma Estelle (Parker) Darley.

Ralph built his home and raised his family in Severna Park on the family property on the Magothy River where he had spent his summers growing up. His great love was to spend time with his grandchildren and his love of fishing, crabbing and hunting was passed down to his family and friends.

Ralph is preceded in death by his wife Norma Darley; sons, Ralph Darley III and William Darley; daughter, Laurie Darley; and great grandson, Brandon Todd. He is survived by sons, John Darley and wife Cindy , Brian Darley and wife Nanza, Stephen Darley and wife Lisa; daughters, Anne Todd and Susan Darley; and grandchildren, Joshua, John, Ira, Ashley, Autumn, Meghan, Allie, Shannon, Kendall, Alyssa, Stephen Jr., Benjamin, Brian Jr. and Justin.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday November 13, 2015 at 3:30 pm in the St. Martin's in the Field Episcopal Church, 375 Benfield Road, Severna Park, MD 21146.
