Ralph W. Clarke, Jr., 78, of Severna Park passed away on Sunday, March 9th peacefully at home. Clarke was born to Ralph, Sr. & Thelma Fisher Clarke in Baltimore, MD on May 6, 1935. Clarke was a retired longshoreman of 38 years on the Baltimore waterfront and a veteran. Clarke is survived by his wife of 35 years, Frances B. Clarke and his sister, Geraldine May. Beloved step-father to children Thomas J. Kenny, Jr.; Darlene Martin, Bernie Kenny and John Kenny, Sr. Caring father-in-law to Sindy, Wayne, Parrish & Monica. Loving Grandfather to Jillian, Jonathan, Erika, Thomas, Karleigh, Austin, & John, Jr. And Great-Grandfather to Kennedy. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, March 13th from 12-2pm & 3-5pm with a service to be held from 3:30pm to 5:00pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A.
